Set-up by the Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment, Government of India and Administrative control of Department of Social Security & Women and Child Development, Punjab, to provide rehabilitation measures to person with disabilities specially spinal injury persons. Services: Spine Services, Rehabilitation, Physiotherapy, Diagnostic Services, Laboratory & Radiology, Emergency Treatment, OPD etc.
