Preparation of the Master Plan for the entire Special Development Authority Area and Zonal Development Plan and other special plans and design briefs and guidelines for the Temple complex and surroundings including issuing of all building permissions and land development permissions and exercise of development control shall be undertaken by Authority immediately so as to facilitate and implement the area as a premier shrine and cultural center and the center for temple tourism, developing tourism linkages like Bhongir fort, Kolanpaka Jain temple, Pembarthi craft (V) and Warangal heritage temples as a tourism cluster of the State with all attendant facilities and amenities. |
